Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.

Property Access

  • This home is located off of a steep gravel road and visitors should come prepared with AWD or 4WD vehicles with high ground clearance. During winter months where inclement weather is likely, it is imperative that guests come prepared with a proper vehicle suited for driving on mountain terrain. Chains may also be necessary during times of snowfall. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

Policies and Rules

  • CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • No smoking allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • Minimum age: 25 years.
  • Children allowed.

Fees and Payments

  • This home accepts dogs. Maximum: 99 dogs. $25 per day, per dog fee applies. Dogs must be mature and well trained.
  • Firewood for the outdoor fire pit and indoor wood-burning fireplace may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax.
  • Returning guests to this home may receive a 10% discount off the rent (not to be stacked with other discounts).

  • Flat, gravel parking area for up to 3-4 small/medium vehicles.
  • Free parking is available.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Kitchen is equipped with cooking basics, oven, stove, dishwasher, toaster, cookware, and utensils.
  • All BRMR homes offer a well-stocked kitchen. A starter set of paper products is provided: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. These starter supplies are typically enough for one or two nights only.
